Small congregations should not have to choose between an absent web presence and a system only one distant expert understands. The better gift is useful infrastructure accompanied by patient teaching.
That means choosing open and ordinary tools, explaining recurring costs, collecting little visitor data, and treating accessibility as hospitality. It also means resisting features that add more burden than ministry.
